- Fill out the form on this page.
- Once your form is received, a team member will email you the Puraclenz terms and conditions document and a coupon code for 10% off a Purifier. You must own a Puraclenz Purifier before becoming an affiliate.
- Please sign and email the terms and conditions document back to us.
- Once received, and within 5 working days, we will review your submitted material and email you an acceptance letter with your official affiliate code, Puraclenz resources, our brand guidelines, and a W-9 if approved.

Affiliate Program FAQs
How much will I earn as an affiliate?
As a Puraclenz affiliate, you will make a 10% commission on the purchase price of every purifier sold that uses your code (not including taxes and
shipping).
What is the retail price of each purifier?
- P3000 = $499.99
- P1500 = $399.99
- P750 = $299.99
Am I required to sell a minimum number of units per month?
You are NOT required to sell a minimum number of units per month.
How do I get paid?
You will be paid via check once per month.
Are there any costs to become an affiliate?
To become an affiliate, you must own a Puraclenz purifier.
There are no other costs associated with this program.
Do you pay commissions on all of your products?
You can earn a commission on all 3 purifiers. However, you will not receive a commission for the sale of filters or accessories.
Can I use content from your site?
You are allowed to use content from the puraclenz.tri-flo.com website.
We will also send you PDFs that can be used as well.
Can I join your affiliate program if I am outside the United States?
No. We do not except affiliates outside of the United States.
